Project Overview

EliteTech, an emerging e-commerce company in the tech industry, reached out to ADBLIZ for assistance with their online store. Their previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and had a high bounce rate, particularly among mobile users. The company faced challenges in converting traffic into sales and lacked a streamlined checkout process. Their goal was to increase sales, improve user experience, and ensure their website was optimized for mobile users.

Problems and Needs

The primary issue was that EliteTech’s website didn’t reflect their modern and innovative brand. Users found the website hard to navigate, which led to high cart abandonment rates. Research and Approach
